Executive Women Leadership Program (EWLP®) is a 3-month, lock-step program designed for women's government leaders. EWLP® is one of the most prestigious executive education programs that IBDL learning group is proud to own. Due to its continuing success and outstanding results, in 2023 we proudly present the third edition of EWLP® (the specialized edition), and to complete the success story that began in 2019 with the first edition in Cairo. After the more than expected success of that edition, EWLP® has expanded in its second edition and offered in all governorates of Egypt in the period from 2019 to 2023. In line with the developments and changes of the modern era, the third edition of the program was developed to be a specialized version that includes specialized topics and contemporary administrative issues, in addition to the program's main focus.

Capstone Project:

A capstone project in the context of an executive education program, specifically an institutional development project, is a culminating project that allows participants to apply the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the program to a real-world organizational challenge or opportunity.

Program Certification:

EWLP certificate is accredited internationally by the prestigious International Leadership and Training Center (ILTC) of Missouri State University.
