Minister Kamil Alwazeer witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Holding Company for Maritime and Land Transport and IBDL / ILTC Missouri State University United States. The MoU was signed by Dr. Amr Mustafa, the Executive Board Member of the Holding Company for Maritime and Land Transport, and Dr. Khaled Khallaf, the CEO of IBDL Learning Group, representing IBDL / ILTC Missouri State University Dr. Khaled Khallaf explained that the memorandum includes the design and implementation of an advanced executive leadership development program. This program is the first of its kind in qualifying second-tier leaders to work in government institutions and is distinguished by the use of the latest executive education methodologies. He emphasized that the MoU reflects the company's commitment to developing its human resources and enhancing the efficiency of teams in the maritime and land transport sectors. The Certified International Professional Trainer (CIPT) certificate is one of the most important trainer accreditation certificates globally, awarded by the Leadership and Training Institute at the University of Missouri, United States.
