Minister Kamil Alwazeer witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Holding Company for Maritime and Land Transport and IBDL / ILTC Missouri State University United States. The MoU was signed by Dr. Amr Mustafa, the Executive Board Member of the Holding Company for Maritime and Land Transport, and Dr. Khaled Khallaf, the CEO of IBDL Learning Group, representing IBDL / ILTC Missouri State University Dr. Khaled Khallaf explained that the memorandum includes the design and implementation of an advanced executive leadership development program. IBDL Learning Group implemented and completed the fifth batch of the training program "Qualifying Women Leaders" in cooperation with the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development? The limitation of this workshop is the diplomacy activity to optimize AFRICA's trade prospects.
