A Cooperation Between IBDL and the Export Development Corporation

  International Business Driving License (IBDL) signed a new cooperation agreement with the Export Development Authority to introduce new training programs for developing. The programs aim to increase exporters' awareness of the development of the export process keeping up with the international markets through the establishment of an e-learning platform as well as providing training programs specialized in African trade to assist exporters in entering the African market. International Business Driving License (IBDL) was founded in 2007 in Huston, Texas. It is an online qualification that provides its services through regional offices accredited by Missouri State University, USA. IBDL offers three certifications in Business Administration Skills (BAS).IBDL is designed, validated, and approved by Mc Graw-hill in collaboration with Management Development Institute, an outreach department for the College of Business Administration, Missouri State University. The quality of our qualification certificates are built over a decade of experience in successfully delivering Business Administration Skills (BAS) certifications around the world.

  On October the 8th, 2018, Miss Mona Ahmed, International Business Driving License (IBDL) Foundation’s Business Development Manager in Africa, had a productive discussion with His Excellency Professor Alpha Condé, President of Geniua, Mr Abdoulaye Yéro Baldé, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr Lamine Komara, Minister of Technical Education, Vocational Training, Employment and Labour, and Dr. Marcel Tamba Millimono, Chief Of Staff at the Ministry Of Youth. The discussion focused on IBDL’s plan in Africa and how it can help young people in entrepreneurship and business management. Moreover, IBDL took a new step in its expansion in Africa, as Miss Mona, presented 100 IBDL certificates to the first batch of entrepreneurs who studied the IBDL Qualification in Conakry, Guinea. Not only that but also, Miss Mona opened the IBDL regional office at Gamal Abdel Nasser University of Conakry. The office aims to serve the African francophone countries. After sharing this great news, IBDL’s CEO, Khaled Khallaf, expressed his gratitude to His Excellency Professor Alpha Condé, President of Geniua, for his immense support to IBDl’s regional office at the university, and also to the university’s president and all the staff members working in there.

IBDL Participate in the signing agreement between AUF and CCIFE

  On September 26th, 2018, IBDL Foundation’s CEO, Dr. Khaled Khallaf, was present at the signing of the cooperation agreement between IBDL’s partner, the Francophone University Agency (AUF) and the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Egypt (CCIFE). This was done in presence of Mr. Stephane Romatet, Ambassador of France in Egypt, and it comes within the framework of the cooperation between IBDL and the Francophone University Agency (AUF) for the project of creating a Center for Professional Integration, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship in Egypt (CPIIE). Moreover, Professor, Herve Sabourin, Regional Director of the Francophone University Agency (AUF), declared the exciting news about the upcoming plan of the cooperation between IBDL and the agency to work on a new capacity-building program in the agency’s universities in the Middle East and Africa.

IBDL at SEOULTECH

Upon an invitation from the Seoul National University of Science and Technology (SEOULTECH), the International Business Driving License (IBDL’s) CEO, Khaled Kahllaf, and IBDL Chief Business Officer, Dr.  Adel Sadek, visited the university to discuss the possibility of a joint cooperation between IBDL and the university. With such a cooperation, IBDL’s three certificates would be offered at the university for the students in English language to provide them with a better understanding of the Business Administration Skills (BAS) aiming to equip them with the knowledge they need for starting their own careers after graduation. During the visit, IBDL’s CEO also mentioned the possibility of having the IBDL’s certificates translated to the Korean language to make things easier for the students. Dr. Khallaf, also visited the smart industry labs, research, development and artificial intelligence units at the university. IBDL was in South Korea this month for representing the Egyptian and African Private Sector Companies at the 53rd Annual Meetings of the African Development Bank which was held from May 21st to 26th, 2018. IBDL is a ground-breaking certification body of international business skills. IBDL offers three different qualifications in Business Administration Skills (BAS) and provides its services through several regional offices worldwide. IBDL works with leaders and governments in the African continent aiming to help in empowering the next generation of African professionals.

IBDL Heads to South Korea

  After receiving an invitation from Professor Choi Seong, Director of Technology Transfer Institute (TTI), an affiliated institute of Korea University of Technology and Education (KOREATECH), the International Business Driving License (IBDL) visited the university of Technology and Education to explore the possibility of a joint cooperation between the two entities.   In addition to that, IBDL is seeking a new accreditation from the university to further expand in Asia. This comes as a new step forward in IBDL’s plans to expand allover Asia, hoping to be part of empowering the next generation of Asian professional.   It is worth mentioning that while there, IBDL’s CEO got the chance to also visit the smart industry labs, research, development and artificial intelligence units at the university.

IBDL Participates In The 53rd Annual Meetings of the African Development Bank

On May 21st, the International Business Driving License (IBDL) had the honor to represent the Egyptian and African Private Sector Companies at the 53rd Annual Meetings of the African Development Bank which was held from May 21st to 26th, 2018.   During the event, IBDL had its own booth where it participated with w executive education and Capacity Building Projects for the African executives and leaders within the gallery. The 53rd Annual Meetings officially opened on May 23, in the presence of the Rwandan Prime Minister, Edouard Ngirente, whose country holds the Presidency of the African Union, his Moroccan counterpart Saadine Othmani and the Deputy Mayor of Busan, Jae Min Park. The meetings provided a forum for discussion on “Accelerating Africa’s Industrialization.”   IBDL is a ground-breaking certification body of international business skills. IBDL Gifts Senghor University with 200 Scholarships

  In continuation to its dedication to the francophone region, IBDL just offered 200 scholarships in international management and entrepreneurship to the Francophone University in Egypt Senghour.   On his side, Dr. Khaled Khallaf, IBDL’s CEO stated "IBDL is the only Egyptian institution to offer executive education programs and professional certificates in French to more than 30 Francophone countries worldwide. 200 French-speaking leaders in management, leadership and planning skills. He pointed out that this role comes within the framework of IBDL’s belief in the need to support the Egyptian efforts to consolidate and strengthen its relations with African countries. Therefore, the Foundation was keen to complete this strategic cooperation with the International University of France for African Development.   On the other side, Dr. Thierry Verdell, CEO of Senghour University, expressed his excitement to cooperate with IBDL as the first American-Egyptian institution to offer executive education programs in French at this competitive level in accordance with internationally recognized standards.” Senghour University is a private and unique institution in Egypt and the Middle East for higher education in French, founded in Alexandria to serve the development and development of Africa. This university bears the name of the great African poet Leopold Sengour. It was opened in 1990.

A New Capacity Building Deal For Young Entrepreneurs

  A Memorandum of Understand has been signed between a Cairo-based organization, International Business Driving License (IBDL), the University of Kigali and Rwanda’s Private Sector Federation to facilitate capacity building for Rwandan young entrepreneurs. The University of Kigali is hosting the first group of 50 beneficiaries. But the deal, signed yesterday at the University of Kigali, targets to train 1000 people annually. The training, which has already kicked off, takes a duration of five days.     The fifty scholarships are fully funded by Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs through its Egyptian Agency for Partnership in Development (EAPD). Dr. Mohamed Galal, the Chief Development Officer-Africa of IBDL, said the purpose of the collaboration is to build entrepreneurial skills in the private sector in Rwanda. “This is also meant to support entrepreneurs to develop and implement different business strategies as well as create more employment and thereby enable Rwanda to demonstrate leadership in the execution and support of entrepreneurship skills and job creation,” Galal said. This will be achieved through different executive courses, delivered by IBDL. Dr. Galal added that they are planning to have this programme running for years to have as much impact as possible.
