IBDL Learning Group, in partnership with the National Institute of Governance and Sustainable Development and the National Council for Women, celebrated the launch of the fourth edition of the Executive Women's Leadership Program (EWLP) for the Egyptian government. The opening speech was delivered by Dr. Sherifa Sherif, Executive Director of the National Institute of Governance and Sustainable Development. The program aims to enhance the efficiency and develop the capabilities of women leaders in the Egyptian government. The fourth edition of the program is offered over three months in parallel in seven governorates: Cairo, Ismailia, Kafr El-Sheikh, Sharqia, Menoufia, Fayoum, and Suez.

Participation of the IBDL Learning Group in the Pioneering University Roundtable:

As part of its commitment to supporting the entrepreneurship environment and effective participation with strategic partners, IBDL Learning Group participated in the roundtable of the Entrepreneurial University organized by the CIPIEE project at the University of Senghor in Alexandria. The roundtable was attended by Mr. Thierry Verdel, President of the University of Senghor, to discuss the opportunities and challenges that entrepreneurs may face, ways to overcome them, and ways to bridge the gap between higher education and the job market. The roundtable was held in the presence of the Regional Director of the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF), Mr. Jean-No?l Bal?o, the University of Alexandria, Pharos University, the French Egyptian University, and the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Egypt. The roundtable also included presentations of entrepreneurial ideas by students from various universities, which provided them with a good opportunity to discuss and evaluate their ideas and obtain proposals from experts participating in the roundtable, whether from the academic field or from the job market. The day also included honoring the winning teams in the second edition of the regional entrepreneurship competition.

IBDL Learning Group celebrated the conclusion of the second edition of the Regional Entrepreneurship Competition (REC).

The competition aims to develop entrepreneurial thinking, acquire the necessary skills and experience for entrepreneurs, and spread the culture of innovation among university students and faculty members. The competition evaluates the entrepreneurial ideas of university students and selects the top three entrepreneurial projects out of the submitted projects. -The first-place project was a solution for the problem of global warming, presented by a team of students from Senghor University, who received a prize of 1500 euros. -The second-place project was a solution for the problem of youth who were forced to leave education, also presented by a team of students from Senghor University, who received a prize of 1000 euros. -The third-place project was an innovative language learning idea presented by a team of students from the Sudan University of Science and Technology, who received a prize of 500 euros. The second edition of the Regional Entrepreneurship Competition was held in partnership with the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF), Senghor University, the University of Alexandria, Pharos University, the French Egyptian University, and the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Egypt, under the strategic partnership of the "Entrepreneurs of 2030" project under the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development.

The EAPD works towards enhancing intra-African trade by conducting training course on import-export management

Egyptian Agency of Partnership for Development, in cooperation with the IBDL Learning Group, organized a training course in the field of intra-import and export management, within the framework of their keenness to raise the rate of intra-African trade, which represents a priority for African countries to advance development rates in African countries. In the presence of 40 trainees from different African countries, the participants expressed their appreciation for participating and benefiting from it, especially in the light of technical and scientific topics, as well as the distinguished experiences of Egyptian lecturers in the field of intra-trade.

The Training was attended by Ambassador Mohamed Khalil - Secretary-General of the Egyptian Agency for Partnership for Development, and Dr. Adel Sadek - Director of Business Sector at IBDL Learning Group. The Training is part of a series of training courses and programs organized for the benefit of African countries to enhance efforts in economic development, trade and economic integration of the continent. At the end of the Training, the participants expressed their great happiness with Egypt's support for the African continent in various fields.

Within the framework of the beginning of activating the protocol of cooperation and strategic partnership between the IBDL educational group and Port Said University, ?Transformation into international universities using institutional learning? was the title of the introductory symposium in which Dr. The introductory symposium was held in the presence of Prof. Dr. Ayman Mohamed Ibrahim, President of Port Said University, and Prof. Dr. Rawia Rizk, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research. The symposium was also attended by the deans and vice-presidents of the university faculties, and the directors of the centers at the university on developing the institutional work at Port Said University. The symposium covered many topics, the most important of which are types and levels of learning, how individual learning can transform into institutional learning, as well as applications of institutional learning in universities, best practices in transforming into international universities, and how to chart a path for individual and institutional learning.
