Development of Government Leadership Program

In a collaboration between IBDL Foundation, the Ministry of Planning, Development and Reform / Planning Commission, and the National Management Institute (NMI) - the Development of Government Leadership - was launched ‎recently in cooperation between the Faculty of Economics And Political Science Cairo University and Missouri State University.
The workshop aims to ‎build the capabilities of the middle management and executive leaders in the ‎Egyptian government to train them on governmental action and raising the ‎basic standards of performance in terms of cost, quality, speed and innovation ‎that will support #Egypt2030 Vision to achieve sustainable development and ‎digital transformation and this workshop is taking place between Egypt and the USA.
The workshop focuses on three tracks: Executive Education, Self-Development, ‎and Evaluation.‎
During the opening ceremony , Dr. Hala Al-Said, Minister of Planning, ‎Monitoring and Administrative Reform stated:‎
‎"The program will contribute to supporting the government’s performance by ‎focusing on a number of important topics and promoting interactive participation ‎and exchange of experiences among government leaders in accordance with the ‎best practices of modern government administration."‎
Dr. Sherifa Sherif, Executive Director of the National Institute of Management, ‎said that by the end of the program, participants will receive an international ‎certificate from Missouri State University and a certificate from Cairo University ‎and the National Institute of Management.‎
