Graduation of the 1st batch of "Development of Government Leadership" training program

IBDL Foundation and the National Institute of Management celebrated the graduation of the first batch of "Development of Government Leadership" training program.The program was implemented in collaboration with Missouri State University and Cairo University, aiming at developing and enhancing individual competence, institutional excellence, and the training of government sector workers in alignment with Egypt's 2030 Vision and the sustainable development strategy for human capital investment.The graduation ceremony was attended by Dr. Sherifa Sherif, Executive Director of the National Institute of Management, Mr. Nabil Fouad, Program Implementation Supervisor, and Dr. Khaled Khallaf, Executive Director of IBDL.
The trainees were divided into groups and each group prepared a graduation project. The topics of the projects included: (The investment map of economic groupings, the qualification of the Central Department of International Relations at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology to obtain the certificate of quality management ("ISO"), the raising of the efficiency of the system of development and skills-building for employees of the state’s administrative apparatus, the project of digital transformation of the system of grants provided by the Arab Republic of Egypt represented in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to various countries in the world, the mechanization of government meetings’ management between the Ministry of Finance and various government sectors, the digital transformation at the National Institute of Management, and finally a feasibility study of projects).
It is also worth mentioning that the "Development of Government Leadership" program included three stages carried out between Cairo, Egypt and Kansas City, Missouri, USA.
