In the continuity of IBDL Foundation’s cooperation with partners of success in Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Sfax in Tunisia, graduation ceremony of pioneering IBDL Certified Professional Trainers has been held in the chamber together with the signature of protocol agreements in the attendance of IBDL Chief Executive Officer; Dr. Khaled Khallaf and IBDL Master Trainers. IBDL CPTs have finalized the requirements for accreditation to conduct IBDL training in English and French languages.     Moreover, IBDL Foundation endorsed and appointed 6 IBDL Master Trainers in Tunisia aiding in the process of Training Providers, Testing Centers and Trainers accreditations throughout Tunisia. IBDL training programs are set to be conducted early January 2017.

  IBDL accredits Cairo Center for Development Benchmarking as one of the Approved Training Providers and Testing Centers in Egypt, providing IBDL Business Certification Programs "International Business Driving License - IBDL". Partnership agreements conclusion and signature held at CDB headquarter office in Maadi, Cairo in presence on Dr. Maha Ismail – CDB Chief Executive Office, Mr. Sameh Nasr El Din – Head of Training Sales and Dr. Mohab Hosny – IBDL Regional Business Development Manager     Cairo Center for Development Benchmarking (CDB) headquartered in Egypt, an energetic and dynamic company specialized in research, consultation services and training. CDB is committed to continuously deliver innovative and creative solutions in-line with the needs of the consultation, training, and publishing industries in the MENA region.  

  In collaboration with eLearning Solutions Ltd. – IBDL Sub-Saharan Africa, IBDL Development team visited Harare, Zimbabwe at the beginning of November 2016 to finalize the process of the approval of the leading group of IBDL Certified Professional Trainers (IBDL CPT) to conduct IBDL certificates program throughout the country. IBDL Development team has set meetings with several organizations in various industries and training sectors together with government officials in Harare aiming to support in the human development and qualifications of individuals and employees in business administration and management skills across the country. IBDL initial group sessions are scheduled to be conducted mid-November by IBDL Certified Trainers in Harare. Zimbabwe being an emission hub, IBDL Foundation has high hopes to be a supporting aid for the sustainable human development of nearby African nations to increase the level of professionalism and employment opportunities for the African community.  

  IBDL Foundation and Management Development Institute, Missouri State University in partnership with Faculty Leadership and Development Center - Cairo University were honored to celebrate the graduation of the second batch of Certified International Professional Trainers (CIPT) of more than 120 faculty members from various Egyptian universities Graduation ceremony held at Cairo University featured the renewal of agreements concluded between IBDL and Management Development Institute - MSU and Cairo University as a strategic partner for the provision of educational services, training and examinations in Egypt, the Middle East and North Africa

  Within the framework of IBDL’s expansion and continuous cooperation with the partners of success in Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Sfax in Tunisia, Dr. Mohab Hosny, the Regional Business Development Manager and some of the Chamber officials held numerous meetings in the cities of Sfax, Sousse, Nabeul and Tunis. Those meetings took place in several institutions concerned with training, human development and continuing education. Some meetings also took place at major companies in various sectors such as telecommunications, information technology, mobile services, engineering and metallic construction, petroleum and chemical industries, food and beverage, household appliances, universities and institutes.   In the same context, several meetings were held with an array of officials from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Middle (Sousse), South Homeland (Nabeul) and the capital Tunis to strengthen the constructive and sustainable partnership throughout the Republic of Tunisia. During the visit, the first and the second phase of IBDL Professional Trainers accreditation phase have commenced. These trainers will be approved and endorsed by the IBDL Foundation to provide IBDL certification programs. All the accreditation phases are to be completed by the end of November 2016, in preparation for the executive start of the preparation courses setup early January 2017.  

IBDL has approved visually impaired employees in Telecom Egypt, who hold IBDL Essential certification, to be its accredited trainers. IBDL is the first foundation to hire visually impaired employees as trainers in Egypt and Middle East. It is worth mentioning that Telecom Egypt through IBDL and Management Development Institute at Missouri State University celebrated the first graduation ceremony of visually impaired employees in the communication centers in Telecom Egypt.

IBDL has approved Entrepreneurship Training & Development Center (ETDC) as its newest training center in UAE. Entrepreneurship Training & Development Center (ETDC) was established to enable candidates to acquire entrepreneurial competencies by using the practical methods of an Action-oriented Approach. Participants learn by doing how to enhance business development and growth. In collaboration with international training providers using the best practices in training programs and methods in the world. Based on its vision and slogan “Next Generation Professionals”, IBDL Foundation serves as a certified provider of the pioneering internationally recognized certification, which is the first of its kind in Business Administration Field. IBDL offers three certifications in Business Administration Skills (BAS), which provides learners with an integrated “big picture” approach to contemporary business world.

 The first batch of “Developing Essential Management Skills program” was launched from the period of 18th till the 29th of September in collaboration with Namaa Almunawra. The program was held in Zamzam Pullman Hotel- Almadinah Almunawra. The program aims to enhance the Essential management skills of fresh grad individuals as well as the employees in the private sector in order to prepare them to take appropriate supervisory and administrative roles or to start their own businesses. The program also focuses on three main dimensions, the skills of self-development, leadership skills, and institutional development through the assistance of IBDL Business Certification: Understanding Business. In light of this cooperation, Medina institute for Leadership and Entrepreneurship (Mile) played an active part to organize this program in collaboration with Namaa Almunawra to train up to 300 Saudi businessmen. This efficient collaboration was funded by Human Resources Development Fund (HDF) in Saudi Arabia.

  IBDL continues to expand its presence into new territories, as evidenced by its presence at the just ended Zimbabwe Agricultural Show. Officially opened by His Excellency President Robert Mugabe of the Republic of Zimbabwe and Vice-President Victor Bockarie Foh of Sierra Leone.  The annual Harare Agricultural Show is the premier event organized by the Zimbabwe Agricultural Society. It Attracted more than 500 exhibitors from 6 different countries and over 180 000 people during the week, the Show presents a unique business opportunity for national and regional organisations.  IBDL’s African partners- eLearning Solutions- were also present at this important event, interacting with the public and potential business clients for the launch of the IBDL product. There was general excitement and interest in the flexibility and world-class qualification that IBDL from individuals, corporates and other institutions that visited the IBDL stand. With hundreds of potential leads to follow up on after the Show, IBDL is poised to take the Zimbabwean market by storm.

IBDL celebrated the launch of the first edition of IBDL e-learning during eLearning Africa from the period of 24th till 26th of May 2016 in Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski, Cairo –Egypt through its participation in the exhibition, conferences and effective meetings with Educational experts, Teachers, Universities and providers of training and testing of the most  of  African countries.
